A booking request is not a confirmed booking
Sending the form on this site tells us what you need. Your booking is confirmed only when we come back to you, by phone, WhatsApp or email, with the car, the chauffeur and the fare. Nothing is charged through this website.
Fares
We quote a fixed fare for the journey you describe. Tolls, parking, state permits and driver allowance for overnight trips are stated separately when we quote. If the trip changes on the day (extra hours, extra kilometres, an added stop), the difference is charged at the rate we agreed when quoting.
Waiting time
Airport pickups include free waiting until the flight actually lands, plus a reasonable window for baggage and immigration. For other pickups, the first 30 minutes are free; after that, waiting is charged at the hourly rate for the car.
Cancellations
Cancel by phone or WhatsApp as early as you can. Cancellations made well before the pickup carry no charge. A cancellation once the car has already been dispatched may carry a charge covering the journey made, which we will tell you about at the time.
In the car
- Seat belts are to be worn by every passenger, front and rear.
- Smoking and alcohol consumption are not permitted in our vehicles.
- The chauffeur may decline to continue a journey where behaviour makes it unsafe.
- Damage or excessive soiling caused by passengers is chargeable at cost.
- Passenger and luggage numbers must not exceed the capacity stated for the car.
Delays outside our control
We plan routes with sensible margins, but traffic, weather, road closures, protests and breakdowns happen. Where a car fails, we will replace it as quickly as we can. We are not able to accept liability for onward costs such as missed flights arising from circumstances outside our control.
Belongings
Please check the car before you step away. We will do our best to return anything left behind, but items are carried at the owner's risk.
